Seriously come on now. They can't be that bad.

I would but my internet is an unpredictable mess. Random drops all day everyday. Sorry. :/

I mean I guess I can try if you guys are willing. Though my team isn't suited for Multi Battles

I like them imo because SUDDENLY a ton more pokemon become usable, and isn't a switch fest revolved around hazards lol. My thoughts

That's not the opinion on the battle boards it seems.

Completely different community.

Multi Battles are extremely fun with friends. I wouldn't do it with randoms, though.

Could be a kind of traditionalism at work. I've seen a post on Bulbagarden where the poster wasn't convinced that Rotation Battle would have any worth, because it devalued countering (I get the feeling she meant critter-specific countering; as in specifically countering a particular set of Heracross, Salamence, Garchomp, Swampert, etc.), revenge-killing, switch anticipation, etc. The idea of I Know You Know I Know being integral to the "true" Pokemon experience is thus very heavily ingrained in them, and they may just not want to find themselves even slightly flat-footed in the new milieus.

Funny that this topic shows up after I just brought up the idea to three of my friends.

So i see a lot of people actually do like it. I just don't know why nobody replies to anything multi based.

Also PTT why did you delete your post?
