I like it but i didnt choose it as my starter because i had too many fire pokes, the event torchic didnt help, also i chose charmander.

And i cant use it online either because its not very good.

Nah, because people didn't really have expectations for Chespin. It's seen as okay, but not great, while Delphox is seen as wasted potential.
