Less than 90%. If it's hacked, what could they give you besides Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde that you can't get perfect by Destiny Knot Breeding hacked parents or just hacking in gen 5?

Also, RNG Abuse was a thing, and that doesn't count as hacking.

Someone else hacked the game to give you information on how the game generated the RNG. Yeah, it's still hacking even if you don't do it yourself.

Someone else hacked 3rd gen to learn EVs, IVs, and Nature. They were still very much hidden from normal players until Super Training, yet we still used them all this time.

A lot of FAQs/Walkthroughs on this site use information you likely need to hack a game for, like item drop rates and enemy stats (there's no Scan mode in FFVII that will tell you an opponent's strength stat or any HP higher than 30,000). RNG Reporter acts like a walkthrough. Using it is no more cheating than using a walkthrough on this site.
