Why when I look at some of my pokemons stats some are

Highlighted blue? Does this mean max IV? Or terrible IV. It's different for every Pokemon, even of the same species, some don't have any highlighted

It is based on nature. IIRC, blue is hindered and red is favored.

It means that the stat is lowered by the Pokemon's nature.

That means its the stat that is lowered by 10% by its nature. There should be another stat that is red which is 10% higher than it otherwise would be.

That means what stats are boosted by it's nature. Blue is lowered and Red is the boosted stat

The colors show which stats the Pokemon's nature affects. If the color is red, that stat gets a +10% boost. If it's blue, the stat suffers a 10% penalty. If there is no red or blue, your Pokemon has a neutral nature.
