With sleep clause I don't think you need two pokemon with Hypnosis. Replace Dark Pulse with Rapid Spin (Since Dragon Pulse is a bit stronger). Your Hawlucha will thank you when it eventually runs into rocks. Maybe use Cosmic Power instead of Calm Mind with Clefable. Being really tanky and having the ability to heal yourself will come in handy when trying to outlast an opponent.
One last tip would be to take advantage of items other than leftovers. Maybe throw an Air Balloon on Bronzong and give him levitate to throw off your opponent and make them think you're running heatproof. Then they'll waste a turn popping your balloon, and another trying to EQ you. Then you can throw on Rain Dance instead of Hypnosis to weaken fire attacks.
