That's just a pointless hypothetical that wouldn't happen because it makes absolutely no sense. That would encourage some sort of hacking because you say that its pretty much unable to evolve, and I doubt that GF would want that to be the only way to evolve it.

Then there would probably be a new held item that negates the ability of the pokemon holding it.

And you know what that means, right?

So it's essentially a 2 stage line that can use Eviolite in its effectively fully evolved form.

A hold item that negates ability would be the best thing.

Archeops would destroy

Its normal ability should prevent it from evolving, but its HA should be a regular ability, thus allowing it to evolve.
