Klefki is a fairly good addition as Priority Sunny Day can be very useful, though it works better on rain teams since it weakens fire moves instead of increasing the odds of killing klefki, it's something to consider anyway.

I guess thats true. I feel like I need counter to entry hazards. I probably need a rapid spinner but idk who to take out.

I guess my best suggestions would be to breed a Tentacool with rapid spin off of a kabuto and use that, since it gives you the opportunity to set up toxic spikes in retaliation, the alternative would be to get something with defog and use that, either way I'd drop togekiss since I'm guessing you need Gastrodon for storm drain. Though you might not want to run entry hazards if this is for doubles, they're not as effective.

Donphan's not a bad option for a Rapid Spinner, either.

It's got a meaty Defense to take any of those Earthquakes.

Would cloyster or starmie be good replacement for togekiss as rapid spinners?

Starmie between those two, while I greatly prefer cloyster in terms of raw damage you can do with them, starmie handles switching in to hazards better.
