With the nerf set down to 60 Power, is it still a viable choice on special attackers that need coverage? Or is it typically better to just go for what they have like Jolteon opting out for Signal Beam/Shadow Ball for coverage or Espeon with Dazzling Gleam/Shadow Ball/Grass Knot/Signal Beam etc

Its still viable on specials. They just use types like Fire or Ice since allot of commonly used stuff in the meta are weak to those types. Lilligant isn't bothered by the nerf since HP Rock KOs allot of Talonflame switch ins :3

Roserade has Technician; Hidden Power would have 90 bp on it. I already have a fire type hidden power Roserade waiting on black 2 for Pokebank.... It's been waiting for weeks... his box and another box... they want to visit the new world :l

Yes.

- Bred a 31/x/30/31/31/31 HP Ice Jolteon
- Breeding for 31/x/31/31/30/30 HP Ground Glaceon
- Bred a x/x/x/30/31/30 HP Fire Magenzone in Gen V (legitimately without RNG or pokegen), which I plan to bring over and use to breed a 5IV HP Fire Magnezone from.
- Also got a HP Rock Petilil from a person MMing them.

Hidden Power Ice and Fire are practically mandatory on a few things... without them some Pokemon gain anywhere from a handful to a dozen counters and checks, to the point they might as well drop from OU to BL or even UU, or from UU to... well, you get the point.

Isn't it better to just use weather ball in the sun (unless you don't bother setting sun up)
