But damn, it's a billion times better than PalPark.

I had to transfer things from FireRed this weekend and PalPark took forever. That stupid hunting minigame was obnoxious and the fact you have to import six pokemon at a time and then, reload palpark again, deal with all the speech.

At least, the Gen V minigame allowed you to transfer many pokemon at once without reloading the app, which made it slightly less obnoxious than PalPark.
But, Bank doesn't need 2 DS, like the Gen V system did.

tldr, pal park was the worst way to transfer pokemon

Yup, they did a good job at making something not nearly as bad as previous things, but still pretty terrible.

I hated how I had to Google which Pokemon were in which area for Pal Park.

My main problem is with the Transporter. It goes to slow for my internet so I can never use it. I cant even transfer ONE pokemon. Bank works fine from my X/Y versions though.

Yes, it is still pretty terrible.

How come I need to switch games? How come it only takes from box 1, while the other two allowed you to take from any box.

Why no mass release?

PokeBank is still meh in my eyes, but spending 10 hours doing PalPark is worse. So much worse.

THE POND.

THE STUPID POND.

I had no idea which pokemon aside from the water starters that are not Feraligatr were in the pond, and which one were in the sea.

I also had no idea why Totodile and Dratini were in the pond, but not Dragonair and Feraligatr. Nope. These two are in the mountain area, for some reason.

Hell, even the plains and forest part was crap. Which grass/bug appear in which was a pain. Spinarak is plains, while Butterfree is forest.

Could be better, but still a definite step up.

Ugh D/P 6 pokemon a day and then go running around for ages for pokemon. Yeah Pokebank is very nice, I am glad you can move a whole box at a time.
