It being bad is probably a blessing in disguise, so we don't need to curse when our good IV one evolved into a different one than the one we want.

Yeah, but there's literally one Pokemon that does that. If there were more (Or more that were stat-based like Tyrogue) I'd vote for that instead of Trade evos. Unfortunately, GF has made dozens of trade evos and they all suck.

I vote for evolving at an unreasonably high level.

Yeah, I'm looking at you, Deino, Zweilous, and Larvesta.

Gengar doesn't suck, though. And it's a trade evo.

Knowing X move evolution. Why the f*** would I give Aipom Double Hit?

Are you kidding? Double Hit is one of Technician Ambipom's best moves.

Trading for me, isn't a big deal, since I have 2 3DS's and just trade with myself. I never really thought about how bad it must be for everyone else... :(

I voted for doing the Tango(which is pretty ridiculous), but have to agree, Wurmple is probably the worst. I'm doing my own thing and bred a male/female of each pair, taking the best hatchlings of 5 or so of each M/F and I kept getting 5 or so cascoons to every silcoon. (I realize I only need a M/F of any combination, to have a breeding pair, but I was going for completeness.)

Tyrogue and Feebas are both pretty terrible too, especially since they keep changing how Feebas manages to up it's Beauty Stat. Another thing not mentioned about raising those baby pokemon, is the annoying part about having to breed them while one parent holds a specific item BEFORE you even get to the friendship part... Hate to see what's coming next- high friendship, while doing a handstand with your DS, holding a certain item, with an opposite M/F in your party, between the hours of 1am-5am during a Harvest Moon? o.0

Trade evolutions by far, if I could remove one thing from the game it would be that.

The one that isn't an option, the original way to evolve Feebas by maxing out it's beauty stat.

isn't every trade evo since gen 1 have to have held items?
