I just got really good at anticipating the Garchomp switch-in. My opponent would often have Heatran. I select Ice Punch as they switch to Garchomp. Garchomp would oftentimes have a Sash (sneaky Koreans), so I used Sucker Punch the next turn. It was all anticipating the switch, but Toxicroak's main purpose was to Ice Punch Garchomps.
