Apparently I accidentally made a decent stall team...

Every time I go on Showdown and make a team, it's pretty much whatever I feel like using. I don't look too much into synergy aside from "have things to cover up weaknesses" and "don't have a bunch weak to the same thing."

Needless to say, my casual approach to this makes teams that lose more than they win. But this time, apparently this one is decent enough to at least be 50/50, or even better. I wasn't trying to make a stall team, it just kinda started with "Well I like Snorlax and I want to see if it can set up easier with Immunity, oh and then Gengar to cover up the Fighting weakness...Gliscor is cool...oh never used Heatran before..." and so on. I just went through things I wanted to use, either because of past use or using them for the first time, and made it so their types complimented each other.

After the word stall was mentioned though...damn is it obvious. I just went with effective sets, didn't see how much I could stall with it though. Well, here it is. Suggestions?

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Curse
- Return
- Crunch
- Yawn

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spd
Impish Nature
- Protect
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Taunt

Gengar (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Stealth Rock

Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic

Venusaur (F) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 126 SAtk / 126 SDef / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed
- Sludge Bomb

For one, it is annoying how Gliscor can't attack anything immune to Ground but I don't know what to put there instead. Taunt is nice against the likes of Ferrothorn and Sableye and such.

You put Venusaur, Vaporeon, Gliscor, and Snorlax on the same team.

2 Bold and 2 Impish natures.

Doesn't sound accidental to me.

You really don't seem to grasp my ignorance on competitive Pokemon. I know Pokemon, but not teams. And even then, I have to consult Smogon to even know what an effective set for them is.

I'm pretty new to this competitive stuff myself. But I don't use Showdown, either.

I have seen and been walled by each of those Pokemon enough times to know stall when I see it.

I hadn't. Here's the other team I had saved:

Crobat (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Heat Wave
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb

Aggron (M) @ Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Trevenant (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 88 Def / 88 Spd
Impish Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Will-O-Wisp
- Leech Seed
- Horn Leech
- Shadow Claw

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 248 Atk / 36 SAtk / 224 Spd
Naive Nature
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Flamethrower

Espeon (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SAtk / 128 Spd
Timid Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]

It didn't win much. Special Crobat took people by surprise, and if Gyarados got going he could clean up, but it still lost a lot. Simply because I'm like "I like Crobat and I want to give Electivire a chance" and then built the rest around that. :/
