Mega RegiGigas.
Giganite.

Remove slow start with a different ability caleld destructive impulse that works in the polar oposite of slow start although instead of speed its just attack so at the start his stupid high attack stat is doubled then 5 turns later it gets cut in half. obviously intended for ubers and stuff like mewtwo can still but a serouis dent in him. depending on damage calcs you could also lower his base attack a tad bit to make him less broken.

Mega-Staraptor (Staraptite)
Normal/Flying
Ability: Adaptability
HP:85
Atk:150
Def: 100
Sp.Atk:50
Sp.Def:100
Spe:101

Also, why does everyone think sap sipper Swampert would be good? Sure it'd have no weaknesses, but how often do you see grass type attacks anyway? Even in a metagame with rotom wash having ridiculous usage, they are probably the rarest type moves after psychics. Swamperts main problem is the power creep and a lack of recovery. M-Swampert would be so much better with an ability like water absorb or regenerator or something. Regenerator could work lore-wise as well. Axlotls have strong regenerative abilities if i recall correctly.

Really loving your idea :). I think that Swampert should maintain it's water/ground type, but what about Sceptile? Should it maintain its mono grass type, or get an dual type?
