Is the darkrai from gen 5 cursed with bad IV's or omthing?

#1DragrathPosted 3/7/2014 8:41:44 PM
as listed in the tile trying to get all the events from gen 5 before my 30 day pass runs out in a few days and I'm getting cursed with zero IV's...
I even got one Darkrai that had its highest Iv as being 4... 0_o
Is it even possible to get a good one?

You can Pokegen edit an event Darkrai.

that is cheating :(

Edit I found one with IV's in the teens think that is good enough? (After all it is an Uber)

I mean if your really willing to reset over and over to get a 5iv to 6iv, or use some kind of RNG method (Explained on smogon-"RNG Mechanics" or some other source).
Yes it is possible to get a 5/6IV without cheating.

I don't even care about 6 IV that's for all intents impossible...
I just want something semi decent... IV's suck...

Using an Action Replay to manually set your IVs to something more reasonable is cheating, but RNG'ing an event until your face turns blue isn't?

Use the IV randomizer on Pokegen.

It's faster and pretty much the same thing

Action Replay is an outside source and RNG'ing is not.

They're essentially the same thing but with one feeling earned.

Except RNG takes like 10 minutes. How would your face turn blue?
