Don't pick "Other" to include Abilities. This poll is excluding that.

I know this isn't the most original idea by a longshot, but I'm bored. All 4 would involve separate mini-games. Not necessarily like my following examples, but maybe something along these lines:

-IV Training would probably work like Super Training, but wouldn't be accessible until post-game maybe, and perhaps only if a Pokemon reaches level 100 (to add more purpose to level 100 again, since you only need most Pokemon to reach 50). They could also decrease IV's with training.

-Egg move training would require you to put 2 Pokemon into a training area together (similar to breeding), and compatible egg moves would be passed over after a certain amount of steps (depends on the Pokemon's compatibility).

-Hidden Power Training require some sort of currency (like Heart Scales), and you could only change each Pokemon's Hidden Power once a day. With this, IV would only determine Hidden Power when you first obtain the Pokemon.

-Nature Training would work similar to the above two.

I understand some people like the idea of Egg moves being "evolution" of a species through new DNA and nature dictating a Pokemon's personality, but adaptability/non-generation evolution and personality changes are also very real things... but moving on from the "making sense" portion, it would make things more convenient for everyone. The only players I can see upset are those who enjoy winning by having Pokemon with higher stats than casuals, because real competitive players would be happy to have more players to battle against. This would also push Pokemon in the direction that the anime takes, in that each Pokemon is a valuable team member, as opposed to the current standpoint where the only Pokemon you use in post-game battles are the great great great great great great great great great great great great grandchildren of your original team members.

How is that? Just because the player doesn't put in work, doesn't mean the Pokemon from the game's world's POV doesn't train.
