Replace Return with Crunch. Sucker Punch is not a reliable coverage move (don't get me wrong, it is mandatory to have), and is only there to prevent Kangaskhan from being killed by a faster would-be revenge killer. Without Crunch, you are DESTROYED by sub-disable Gengar. Gengar is among the 10 most commonly used Pokemon on Battle Spot (Though a good number of those are mega), which is where I assume you will be using it since Mega Kan is banned from Smogon sims.

Fake Out is more of a "win more" move in singles that costs valuable coverage, though it is great in doubles. The debate should honestly be "Return or Earthquake?", Return offering more damage to anything that doesn't resist it and isn't weak to/affect by Earthquake, while Earthquake allows you to hit 5 types harder than with Return (2 of which resist Return).

Would replacing Sucker Punch with Crunch be a good idea?

No, because then anything faster than Mega Kangaskhan can revenge kill it. Again, pretend Sucker Punch isn't even there because it is a Dark move. It is there solely for the priority.

With those moves the only thing you have to worry about on Battle Spot will be Blaziken, but I don't think there is a way for Mega Kangaskhan to kill it anyways (Protect -> Speed Boost -> Next turn it tanks Sucker Punches -> OHKO with High Jump Kick... switch in a Ghost-Types and LAUGH as it almost kills itself). Not even Mega Lucario is a check/counter, because it is slower than Mega Kangaskhan the turn in switches in and mega evolves (Just don't use Sucker Punch the turn Lucario comes in, because you can't kill it with a +2 Sucker Punch, but you can kill it with a +2 Power-Up Punch or +0 Earthquake).

Not if it didn't Mega Evolve before or at the same time that Mega Kangaskhan did, assuming Mega Kangaskhan is Jolly and invested max Speed EV's.

Yeah assuming but most good played will have max EV's on mega lucario . Then let's assume that this lucarion was not out on the first turn but came out after a pokemon fainted that turn .
