Why do I bother playing when everybody disconnects to avoid a loss.

seriously, I would be at 1600 by now if it wasn't for this BS. But instead I'm stuck at 1500 because for some reason it's okay to disconnect anytime you're close to losing.

I get disappointed when it happens.

Particularly when they do it early, like when I faint their leading Smeargle (lol) or things are simply starting to look bad for them.

I had a dc the other day after this chain of events:

1.
Opposing charizard megas to X.
Opp. CharX uses Dragon Dance.
Togetic uses Toxic.
CharX loses health from toxic.
2.
Opposing CharX uses Flare blitz. Togetic in yellow. CharX gets recoil.
Togetic uses Roost.
CharX loses health from Toxic.
3.
Switch from Togetic to Kabutops.
CharX uses Flare blitz. Kabutops still in green. CharX gets recoil.
CharX loses health from Toxic.
4.
Switch from Kabutops to Togetic.
CharX uses Earthquake. No effect.
CharX loses health from Toxic. CharX faints.
Opponent sends out Diggersby.
5.
Opp. Diggersby uses Wild Charge. Togetic in yellow.
Togetic uses Roost-
DISCONNECT

That was one of the more memorable and disappointing dcs.

I just quit when I see a team of Mewtwo, Xeneras, Latios, Reshiram, Groudon and Palkia, their base stats are to high, their typing is OP or I just don't wanna lose. :c

? No im pretty sure it doesnt work that way. When people DC on me, there's a delay of about 1 match before it gives me the win. Ive recorded it and it happens like that every time. This isnt 5th gen o.O

Or is this some kind of silly joke thread? Its too early for jokes x_x

Exactly.. don't deprive us as players points just because you can't come up with a way to beat it. You can see their six pokemon, this allows you to be strategic about the first pokemon you send out.

I just had an awesome match where I checked and countered his entire team, and got weakness policy off twice. No dc!

No one likes losing. It's perfectly normal to D/C when you're losing, especially when the opponent might be using a cookie cutter team.

Other than the points tallied up from the next round win, I'm not anymore in the positive. Sometimes it records it but it says something different about the player connection being lost. I don't remember but next time it happens I'll write it out
