I would put in a physical wall/tank.

Since both Heatran and Infernape are weak to EQ, and Charizard is weak to Electric-type moves, I suggest Gliscor.

Other options include:
- Skarmory. Immune to ground, great Spiker and phazer, and has reliable recovery.
- Forretress. Great hazard player, with access to Rapid Spin too, and has nice utility in Volt Switch.

A good wall you say?
Magic Guard Sigilyph with a Flame Orb is an excellent option. Once it gets even just 3 Cosmic Powers off, the only thing that could possibly stop it would be a crit.
The strategy is to try to max out Cosmic Power, while using Psycho Shift to transfer that burn to every physical attack that tries to come at you. Once CP is maxed, use Stored Power to dish out some insane damage. The only thing that you have to watch out for is Dark Types, as they can't be hit by Stored Power. However, you can still burn them with Psycho Shift, even though that's a Psychic type move as well.
