Ok. Suggestions for something else besides Salamence?
And a better reason then "bcuz genwunner lol" crap.

Lucario+Gengar is a good core. As is Salamence+Excadrill.
Also, don't listen to the idiots. Salamence is a lot better than people give it credit for. MixMence is still a thing.
Lucario+Salamence isn't a very good core though.

THey are also both walled by fairies. You want Salamence and Excadrill instead, or Lucario and Gengar.

Yeah. Lucario, a steel type is walled by Fairies.

Yeah, a Steel type who's only commonly used Steel moves are: Bullet Punch, a lowly 40bp move and Flash Cannon, a mediocre special attack which is going to be used against the almost entirely specially defensive Fairies.

I use Iron Tail. Good enough. Still more accurate than Focus Miss.

Can't think of anything

Dragonite + WP + EQ = All Fairies except Togekiss and Azumarill die.
But then you've got Extreme Speed for that...

Lucario dents a lot of fairies at +2, 1hko or 2hkos many after SR. That is with a standard NP set. Not ideal, but it could work.

+2 252 SpA Lucario Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges: 254-300 (70.5 - 83.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
+2 252 SpA Lucario Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Clefable: 372-438 (94.4 - 111.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
+2 252 SpA Lucario Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sylveon: 288-342 (73 - 86.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Again, not great, but not terrible. You could also carry a dedicated fairy counter.

Apparently satire about the GTS is off-topic.

most fairies are not fast and you're supposed to put in lucario where something cannot handle it and set up a swords dance

If you arent OHKOing after +2 i feel thats not a good sign. Thats at least 3 turns needed to take it down (setup and attacking x2)

Both are extremely fragile, so you'll need a wisher/cleric/defensive teammates for sure.

Exactly, and in that time, Azumarill and Togekiss are already f***ing you up.

Well, Salamence can take Fighting, Ground, and Fire attacks, and Lucario can take Ice and Dragon attacks.

That said, Dragonite is probably a better choice, unless you want Salamence for a specific reason.

A familiar note is produced.
It's the note Desolation plays to keep its instrument in tune
