RNG needs to be banned from competative battles

RNG = Random Number Generator

Like seriously, this is a game based on strategy against another person. Having a 95% accuracy move miss 3 times in a row is honestly just stupid. Getting hit by Scald and getting Burned every time is also stupid. I hate losing thanks to pure randomness like a critical coming out on Turn 80 in a match.

Where one removes RNG and the other keeps it?

Well, this is Pokémon, after all. If a move has less than perfect accuracy, don't expect to make use of more than half of your PP.

95% moves shouldnt miss. If they do then somethings wrong.

You know, this makes me wonder about the feasibility of some kind of RNG "control". Like, a 95% accurate move can't miss twice in a row due to mechanics.

Every check like that should run on it's own counter, when the counter is divisible by 20 (for 95 %, obvious extension for other rates) the game returns a miss. That way the rate of the move hitting is exactly 95 %. This way moves like Fire Blast would actually be usable.
