Can someone critique my team?

My team is:

Bronzong @ Damp Rock
Sassy
Levitate
252 hp, 184 def, 72 sp def
Stealth Rock
Rain Dance
Gyro Ball
Explosion

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Mild
Multiscale
76 atk, 232, sp atk, 200 spd
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower

Espeon @ Light Clay
Timid
Magic Bounce
252 sp atk, 252 spd, 6 hp
Psychic
Reflect
Light Screen
Dazzling Gleam

Gorebyss @ White Herb
Calm
Swift Swim
252 hp, 252 spd, 6 sp def
Shell Smash
Substitute
Baton Pass
Surf

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Adamant
Sand Stream
252 hp, 252 atk, 6 def
Stone Edge
Crunch
Earthquake
Pursuit

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Modest
Magic Guard
252 sp atk, 252 spd, 6 hp
Psychic
Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Dazzling Gleam

So my strategy is to pretty much use rain and dual screens to help gorebyss pass +2 atk, sp atk, and spd to a mixed dragonite. Stealth rocks is to eliminate sturdy and focus sash. Any ways I could improve my team? Any Pokemon that counter my entire team? And yes I know three of my Pokemon are weak to dark and ghost. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Have you tried it on Showdown? That's an awful lot of setting up.

It is an awful lot. Plus you have tyranitar in there, messing with your rain.

No I haven't tried showdown. The rain is really just a speed boost for gorebyss until it gets off shell smash
