Please take a moment to consider your favorite fully evolved starter Pokémon. I'm not counting ones like Pikachu or Raichu or the Eeveelutions or whatever. I'm talking the three grass/fire/water starters that you pick from in the first pair of games in each generation--you know the ones. Also, please don't take Mega Evolutions into account at all, as they have not been equally distributed.
This isn't a poll of which one is best to use or best designed, and it's not even a poll to see which generation has the best fully-evolved starters. The option I'd like you to vote for is the one containing the fully-evolved starter that you consider your favorite, for whatever your reasons may be. Simply put: the one that you like the very most.
So for example even if you liked the designs of Sceptile, Blaziken and Swampert and hated the designs of Emboar and Samurott but your favorite fully-evolved starter was Serperior... you'd vote option 5, not option 3.
Thank you for your voting. Feel free to name your favorites below, and share what makes you passionate about them! (But please no flaming other users who disagree with you, as everyone is entitled to their own preferences!) This is part of a series of polls that I am conducting located throughout the 3ds Pokémon boards. It is for fun and to see what some popular opinions may be. Your input is appreciated!
The ONLY thing I would do, is put Greninja in the trio for Gen I (replacing Venusaur). Never liked many designs for grass-type pokemon and Greninja is the best looking evolution for starters outside of Charizard and Blastoise.
The only starter i dislike in gen 2 is Meganium. Chikorita and Bayleaf are awesome, and i love the rest of the lines (Feraligatr specifically made me vote for 2), but Meganium could've been so much cooler.
I laugh as I watch people ignore the past, lie about the present, and misrepresent the future.
