There's a Rotom on the field and they set rain and I kill Vaporeon after this they send out a Lumineon and use Bounce in the Rain. I made it very clear Rotom knew Thunder I even misclicked and hit their Lanturn with it.

Given the recent surge of pachirisu love across multiple Pokemon forums (I've researched, trust me) & fans crying for "diversity".. A Lumineon with bounce could be the next big thing..

The item says it makes Pokemon take less damage from Electric attacks, and Electric > Water is a common thing.

That doesn't mean he's good or experienced, since he apparently uses Lumineon and Bounce.
