It should be the same as MKW with the fast speed and limited nudge movement. But there should be an option to end it early.

No, there would probably be a bullet-only ultra shortcut that results in everyone sandbagging at the start of the race.

No. There's a chance you might accidentally end it early by mistake and that would kill any chance of placing well. Still, there's no reason for it to keep dropping me off in crappy places.

Bullets would be WAY better if you could end them when you wanted to. There are a ton of times I wanted to end a bullet early, to get an extra item, or even avoid a ton of players ahead.

Bullet Bill just needs to be removed alltogether. It's a stupid item that caters to people who suck at the game.

And both of those videos were the user's fault.

Hackers on MKW already do this. 100% control over it. they also tend to drop multiple bombs while they're still in bullet bill form as they pass racers, lmao.

better idea, get rid of the bullet bill all together. its a crappy item that should have only been in the ds game. in mkwii and 7, the bullet bill still drops you in horrible spots, if you are way too far from the pack, the bullet bill won't catch up, performing advanced techniques then using the bill has you speed into a wall.
