They should just put effort into remake RE1-3 instead of rebooting. REmake on GC was perfect. They can give RE2, RE3 and any other RE the same treatment as REmake. I know that I am not the only one dying to play a RE2/RE3 remake with updated visuals, sounds etc. Imagine seeing Nemesis for the first time in HD, chasing after you.
With that being said, I'm all for Remakes if they get the same treatment as REmake on GC. --- PSN: AZ_Killstreak_4 NNID: AZ_Commando_4
In the past I've been really against this idea in the favor of forward progression but with how they've been lately I say why not personally. --- But I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know. Nintendo Network ID: Vertigoink
I remember Capcom saying a while back that they were considering remaking RE2, if fan support for it was high enough. Seeing on how fans have been screaming for this since 2002, it may have just been them blowing a bunch of smoke. I love Resident Evil, and it saddens me to see the series in such a state, but hopefully Revelations' port can help fix that. Capcom knows how important the horror aspect is to the series, and producer Kawata seems to be in favor of revamping it as a survival horror title. People damn well buy Revelations on consoles (and with it being on every gaming platform except the Vita, people have no excuse not to), as it's likely to decide where the franchise goes from here. --- PSN/NNID: Lumkins 3DS FC: 5327-0898-0358
Capcoms s***ting on its first parties because all it cares about is MVC3 and SF4.
Just start accepting that Capcoms not gonna revert back to its former self. Let them die out with all the other crappy game companies. --- It's not about graphics vs gameplay, it's about profits vs gameplay. Profits are more important than gameplay in this forum. -lgi on the Wii U messageboard
