Hell, and it wouldn't be THAT hard to implement all of this. Do I see it happening? For the most part no, I've been burned by Nintendo expecting new good content far too many times.

But I remain hopeful for some reason.

If this game just has 2 of those updated features or something as good (no not boss rush mode) I will buy it day one. If it's the same as it was 10 years ago, I'll wait a few months and grab it from the bargain bin.

The only one I agree with is putting the missing dungeon(s) in. Everything else is why I fell in love with the game and the series all over again.

The original WW is still going for around 40-50 bucks used...good luck with the bargain bin thing...

They are definitely going to do something about the Tingle Tuner. The Wii U game pad basically plays the role of the GBA. It's a good opportunity to make that feature a proper part of the game.

If we are lucky they might add a quick way to change the direction of the wind just by swiping on the touch screen. Same with the photographs. Those two things would greatly enhance the game.

Changing the Triforce quest and adding missing dungeons... seems less likely. It would be all kinds of awesome though, there is no denying that!

Kinda off-topic, but the artwork in that article was great.

If Nintendo incorporate all of those changes, Wind Waker will literally become a perfect video game. Here's to hoping.

The cut dungeons is what I most want. It is also the least likely to happen.

Yea I just picked it up from Gamestop in Sep/Oct and it was their entire Store's last copy....like last in country they told me. It wasn't even supposed to be in the store or system but it had been delivered from Their Main HQ Warehouse that day.

I just happened to check GS to see if they had it that day..

What are the odds of that ? Pretty sweet right?

Anyways I finally got around to playing it about a 1-2 months ago and stopped either after or before the 3 dungeon.

I love the game so far except for a few things, but now that I know the HD remake is on it's way, I'm going to wait to play the other 70% of this game on the new version that way it will be an almost completely new Legend of Zelda experience for me.

Still need to buy a Wii U first though.
