I can't really think of a good place for the Rito statue, I'm thinking on the right side of the gate by the mail-box. Almost like it is an indicator that it's there, but I'm not so sure it'll look very nice...
- Merchant statues for inside the auction house and outside of the shop. - Skull totem for inside of the potion shop. - Exotic flowers for inside happy teacher lady's classroom. - Flowers and a Pinwheel for the bench area. - Fountain lady near the large tree near the auction house. - Crescent moon flags near the kid who is obsessed with the moon & Hero's flags for my cabana.
That's exactly how I decorated my islands. I wonder if everyone does it the same way... --- 3DS: 1177-6683-5828
"As I was walking up the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, he wasn't there again today, i wish I wish he'd go away."\
What does that even mean?
Literally or symbolically?
Its a line from a famous poem.
Yesterday upon the stair I met a man who wasn’t there He wasn’t there again today I wish, I wish he’d go away
When I came home last night at three The man was waiting there for me But when I looked around the hall I couldn’t see him there at all! Go away, go away, don’t you come back any more! Go away, go away, and please don’t slam the door
Last night I saw upon the stair A little man who wasn’t there He wasn’t there again today Oh, how I wish he’d go away
My slight variation is from the movie Identity. It is a poem about mental disorders or hauntings. Its open to interpretation but for that movie it was clearly the former. --- "As I was walking up the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, he wasn't there again today, i wish I wish he'd go away."
I meant literally but thank you for telling me. --- What do you call a person who spends more time playing Videogames both offline and online than with his friends and family? the answer is alone. Dont be him
Two Shop Guru Statues in the middle of the town gate, flanked by two Postman Statues. Flanking the Postman Statues are two Big Catch Flags.
Two Exotic Flowers inside the potion shop and a Big Sale Flag outside.
Two Fountain Idols on the wooden balcony in front of the Auction House.
Four Shop Guru Statues inside the Auction House.
Two Big Sale Flags in front of Zunari's shop.
Two Sea Flowers and a Fountain Idol on the cliff next to Zunari's shop.
Two Town Flowers inside Lenzo's house.
Three Town Flowers and a Big Catch Flag inside the schoolhouse.
One of each flag inside the building with the squid minigame.
Inside the rich guy's house, three Town Flowers all lined up, a Fountain Idol on the table, and a Big Catch Flag in the corner.
Two Hero's Flags outside Link's Cabana.
I decided to make the Big Catch Flag the official flag of Windfall Island. Unfortunately for me, picking out nice decorations for the town is an extremely expensive venture. I went from having over 3000 rupees, to less than 200. Next time I'm just going to put nothing but flowers inside the buildings, since I rarely go into any of them, and possibly swap the Postman Statues for some less expensive Fountain Idols. I'll decide my budget for decorating the island when I get to that point in my next playthrough, but one thing's for sure: I'm going to limit myself to two Shop Guru Statues, and no more. Those things are crazy expensive.
