I'd say Kingdom Hearts and Pokemon Conquest were more random. At least both of these games are based on RPGs.

I actually think Disgaea x Dragon Quest would fit pretty well together.

Kingdom Hearts and Marvel Vs. Capcom beat it out.

Actually, the most random pairing ever is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Jormungand.

I think Looney Tunes and Michael Jordan was pretty random (Space Jam)

Then again I could imagine Looney Tunes doing anything, they where pretty looney after all
