Aliens > Zombies

Just watch a vid on that, man that looks awesome. Has it's own persistent leveling system, a health bar, ability to just focus on one tier and get buddies to focus on a different one to make an uber-team. I'm so much more exited for this game now. Infinity Ward just stomped Treyarch so hard.

You forgot to add "in my humble opinion".

You couldn't tell that was an opinion? Seemed pretty obvious.

I'm enjoying Aliens more than I did Zombies. You start the round like in counterstrike where you buy weapons and ammo before the round starts. You set up a drill at a mound and protect it from aliens, then move on to the next mound in the level.

You can buy ammo during the match as well, I haven't tried buying weapons as of yet.

Like it more than I thought I would!

Question for you if you don't mind (if you know) does it have a set "ending" point? or does it keep going? What i read was kind of confusing in saying that it had 30 levels, but I'm assuming that means what it did in mw3, in that you have a special level for that mode, and your level determines what you could buy off the terminals. However, it also had in the little commercial that the goal was to "Destroy the hives, arm the nuke, and GET TO DA CHOPPAH" which sounds like it could have a clear-cut objective and ending. Just curious if you had any idea on that one. i like the constantly getting tougher (or at least more numerous) hordes. I like the challenge of going farther and farther. Even if it has an ending i'm sure i'll still enjoy it, but once I "beat" something like that it has little replay value for me, because "I already did all I could within it". With constant waves, you can ALWAYS try and do better.

******SPOILER ALERT*******

I don't know personally because I haven't made it that far but in the start, the guy in the helicopter drops you off and says to drill into the hives leading up until you reach the crater, then destroy it and make it back to him. So it seems unlike zombies that there is an ending.
