Yeah, it's always possible to go back to Dream Worlds. In those cases, since you're talking about those areas' main Dream Worlds, you'll need to go back to sleep to the first sleeping point in Driftwood Shore (near the save point) and to the sleeping point at the top of Mount Pajamaja, one screen to the right of the one where you unlock the yellow warp pipes.
Had a Street Fighter signature for four years, but Crapcom doesn't deserve such recognition anymore.
