I found the guy and everything. But how do I give the milk to him? I end up drinking the milk rather than giving it to him.

I'm not sure if this is the problem, but my bottles are just called "Milk" and not "Premium Milk"

Yeah, I drank the milk the first time, too. You actually need to talk to the bartender. He'll find out about the bottle and letter, then give you some premium milk.

What you have is regular milk not premium milk. Did you find the message in a bottle asking for premium milk? Take that to the bartender and he will give you the premium stuff. Then take that to the guy.
