Season Pass DLC not appearing in matchmaking/private matches?

I downloaded the Season Pass on May 31st on my 360, that way I could get Ghosts DLC on both consoles. On my Xbox One, it's showing that I have the Season Pass activated and that I have Onslaught/Devastation downloaded to my HDD, but none of the maps show up in matchmaking playlists or in private matches. Under the private matches setting, when I go to choose, "Bonus Maps" it says I don't have any and asks if I'd like to purchase them in the store. When I'm in the store, the Season Pass has a checkmark indicating I own it but the map packs do not. When I click on them a note pops up saying I have them downloaded to my console already, which I do. I tried uninstalling them and re-installing but that didn't solve the issue.

I'm not sure if I'm not doing something right or if it's just not recognizing my season pass membership. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated regarding this matter.

Game on everybody!

Same here and I never had the problem before.

Even the extinction map is not there, but when I go to the store to download it, it says I already own it go find it in the app store

Edit: If you totally back out to the main menu of the game it seems to load it. That's what it just did for me at least

Might have to do a license transfer. Same thing happened to me and that's what I had to do. Whenever I tried to play offline I couldn't use any DLC. Make sure your Xbox is set as your primary console as well.
