I just want to verify a few things about the time restraints on finishing the game: 1.) Does character progression (plans, attribute points, safe houses taken, etc) transfer over when you do Chapter select? 2.) I accidentally skipped one side mission, can I redo it later using Chapter select? 3.) I did read somewhere that when you do Chapter select, they give you a set amount of time before F ending. Anyone know what these values are for each chapter?
I have some more, but overall I love this game and the timer. My OCD to do everything combined with the timer and limited usability of items brings out a pretty cool survivalist atmosphere, but in all honesty, I don't feel too rushed. I am on Chapter 3 with just under 5 days left.

From the way the loading screen makes it sound, using Chapter Select is essentially like going back in time within your story. Everything should be as it was when you first reached that checkpoint, except for character progression. No matter what you do, whether it be restarting the game or restarting a chapter, anything that deals with your character should/will always carry over.
For example, let's say that you are in the middle of Chapter 3. However, realizing you missed a side mission during Chapter 2, you decide to go back and restart Chapter 2 so you can complete it. In doing so, the game's world will be reset to how it was when you first started Chapter 2 (time included, I think), but all your blueprints and levels that you've picked up since starting Chapter 2 the first time should carry with you.
