Uhhhh best DBZ game was Legacy of Goku 2.
Gentlemen understand that embezzlement, insider trading, tax fraud, and similar activities are not crimes. Crimes are committed by poor people and involve guns.

Of the posted options, Raging Blast 1.

But you left out Infinite World, which is the best.

Infinite World
Don't waste my time with your crappy facepalm, facedesk, sigh, eye roll, head shake, or stupid looks like >_<, >_>, or -_-. They're annoying as hell

The best DBZ game ever made is still Dragon Ball Z: Chou Saiya Densetsu for the SNES. Solid RPG from saiyan saga all the way thru the end of frieza on namek. I have been waiting for another game like this pretty much since I first discovered and played this game.
