Hasten World really screws with the boss AI does it not?

They rarely ever Defaults now that I'm using it, and I've been seeing really dumb decisions where Spellcasters, healers and summoners would spend their additional brave point to try and deal pitiful melee damage to my kairai'd swordmaster tank.

It's almost sad.

Annddd then I met the elemental dragons in chapter 5, who proceed to decimate me with their breaths each turn with the extra BP lol

Though the gods of Cheese remain in your favour, for their inability to Brave on their own leaves them utterly incapable of resisting a Turn Tables Utsusemi team.

BALANCE! :P

Woot I beat one of the dragons with my team, simply took out Hasten World lol, with Hasten World, the Dragon can Eye me to change weakness and follow up with a breath for immense damage.

Without Hasten World, I simply rotate my two Spiritmasters on Enigma duty while the other Defaults on points until I got Eye'd again.

It is a double edged sword. Bosses get more predictable but also much more aggressive. Zero sum restores their AI pattern to normal for one turn.

I used Hasten World with Stillness. Works pretty alright for a bum rush every couple of rounds. My Dark Knight/Ninja/whoever can always use the initial setup time.

My dragon team was an Enigmamaster with BP Recovery, and whoever else. The Spiritmaster was the only specialized build for the fights, really.

Stillness with Hasten World is OP. I didn't even abuse it, but to know that if you are in a jam you can use stillness, get both BP back the following turn in order to revive and heal and stuff and be good to go when stillness ends is a life saver.

You can also cheese with Stillness but that's no fun. May as well go 4 valkyries and abuse jump.

I was using Hasten World with an Abilinked character early on, and I forget which boss battle it was, but one of them was absolute brutality with that ability on, getting crushed one attempt after another. I turned the difficulty down to normal mode, and it was still virtually impossible to win. I took off that ability, and suddenly breezed through that battle. Right now, I'm only in chapter 3, but I'm using a performer with a maxed abilink to "My Hero" and Mimic x 3, and SLOW WORLD, to some slightly OP effect***. Some bosses seem to be cakewalks with Hasten World, and others seem to go into beast-mode with it.

*** It only costs 2 BP, and it restores up to 12 BP for the rest of the team, so combined, it equates to a perma-slow on all enemies, and a slight speed buff for my team.
