Wow, sniping people out of tanks & cars is more scrubbier than tanks itself.

You think tanks are lame? Wait till you try this.

So I decided to try the infamous sniping out of tank trick. My goodness how easy and scrubby it is. It virtually makes no sense as when I snipe the cockpit area, it seems to lack a hitbox or something.

Its like I'm sniping someone through cheese and getting the kill, this trick also seems to work with any vehicle.

This is clearly an exploit that might get patch. For those of you that disagree, How is it when I'm up close, the armor of the tank protects the player. But a mile away it seems to be none existent. You'd think the bullet would lose power the further it travels lmao.

out of all my tanking. i've only been sniped out once. i really would like to see hows it done so ill know how to battle a tank on foot. Also i notice that the police randomly does damage to me while in a tank and kills me sometimes.

Live long, be happy, and try to ensure those around you do as well.

Oh... so THAT'S why that worked... =p

I was messing around in GTA Online yesterday trying a few things out. One of those things was flying to the highest building in Los Santos (the large cylindrical building) and tried to see if I could hit anything with a sniper rifle. After trying to find targets, I saw a police chase and saw they had pinned a character's vehicle to the wall (giving me a clear shot of the car itself). I ended up killing the guy inside with one shot (and sent an apology message afterwards... I was just testing out if I could score a hit...)

After, I was trying to cargobob vehicles on the street, but never really got a good opportunity. I was really hoping to pick up a player car and fly it around... I need work on hooking cars first though =p

I was hoping someone mentioned this, the choice of wording bothered me for some reason. Maybe because it's grammatically incorrector or because it just does.

It's good fun that. Only managed to do it once or twice while I had access to the 'bob. I would gladly let you as long as you don't kill me. :p

I believe you can't hook personal vehicles, just as a heads up.
