They don't force you to buy it, so your complaining is rejected.

How is it a ripoff when it's completely optional?

Yeah, I just DON'T get what all the complaints about shark cards are. I've never bought one, never felt the need to since I'm satisfied earning what I earn in-game. From my understanding those that complain basically want trillions of free GTA $ so they can constantly change the paint jobs and wheels on ten (now twenty) Adders.

I know people are sick of hearing about shark cards, but seriously.

How can you even try to defend a $100 microtransaction in a $60 game? Optional or not, R* used to be better than this, and it's disappointing.

Wouldn't be surprised if half of em are the ones buying them in the first place.

Lol honestly... yeah, the price of $100 in a $60 game is ridiculous.

Why does it matter? It's someone else's money. I don't see why people care so much about how much money other people might be spending on in game money. A hundred dollars is quicker for many people to earn at their job than it would be to make 8m in game. Not like it ever matters. It's no worse than having a 5$ one for 400k since that comes out to 100 for 8m anyway...

it's pretty stupid. Especially considering they've made $66 million on these already, in addition to the billion or so from the game itself. Unfortunately the shareholders must have their due, and there is no such thing as too much profit.

how are you defending it? It sets a bad precedent because they're charging almost twice the actual price in the game. This isn't some F2P MMO, this is Rockstar, and to me it looks bad on them to be charging that much.
