Pokemon Game Question

Are there any Pokemon versions across Game Boy/Color/Advance in which you can catch all of the Pokemon and don't need to trade between versions to get all of them? Preferably with only the original 150 or whatever it was.

If I'm reading your question right, then no, one version of Pokemon cannot give you all the Pokemon without trading. The closest you can get is Blue and Red, which, trading between the two can give you all of the original 150 including Mew via the Mew glitch.

It is, as some admiral once said, a trap.

You still have to glitch the game, so there really is no game where you can legitimately catch all of the Pokemon in the Pokedex, unless you count spinoffs like Mystery Dungeon.
