Can HM's be deleted once they're learned?

It's been awhile since I played and I think I remember not being able to delete an HM off once its learned. True?

Yeah, they cannot be deleted in the Blue/Red versions.

Well, if you're really up for it. You could always move them the GSC and delete the moves there.

What is GSC?

Sticky topic has this information, but I'll explain here.

GSC (or G/S/C) simply refers to the Pokemon Gold, Silver & Crystal games.

In this case, there's a Move deleter in Blackthorne City, and Pokemon Stadium 2 also has a "Move Relearner" (reward for beating the Elite 4) that can all erase HM moves.

Thanks. Wow, move relearner? Awesome.

The move relearner can only teach a pokemon level-up moves, so if you've wiped over any TMs in the past, they're gone.
