Any pokemon trained up high enough can take on the Elite four by itself. In Alakazam's case, it may suffer due to limited PP.

For myself the last few playthroughs I've wiped out the Elite 4 with a single untrained Lv.30 Snorlax where I simply taught it Thunderbolt and Ice Beam via TM. Use a couple of amnesias, use whichever special attack will do the most damage and rest when required. If you're lucky then you won't even need to restore any PP.

If you can trade the Alakazam to Gen2, then teach it Ice Punch - and, assuming you have any spare from doing the lottery there feed it a bunch of PP Ups, then trade it back to Gen 1, and it'll be more than capable of soloing the Elite 4 at that level.

I'd replace Psybeam as it's redundant with Psychic there. Thunder Wave is also an option in place of reflect, but that's up to you.

Zam should be able to beat the Elite Four by himself, but if he's only in the 50s levelwise you'll need some PP-restoring items and possibly some recovery items too.

Psychic/Psybeam/Reflect/Recover should work well. Tradeback Thunderpunch would be nice too, to replace Psybeam. Either way, you won't have enough PP so you either need another Pokémon or a couple Ethers/Elixers.

I fail to see how that Alakazam (or even the one with Ice Punch) would deal with Jynx and Slowbro.

Power through them with Psychic, just like any opponent.
