Madd Dogg glitch

One of friends told me he's stuck on the mission Madd Dogg. I told him that you just catch him in the truck and drive him to the hospital. I went to his house to show him but Madd Dogg jumps off before i can get in the truck. Is there any way to avoid this glitch?

The glitch can be avoided by not saving after using the Pedestrian Riot button cheat for PS2 (Pedestrians attack each other on PC). Once the glitch is active there isn't much you can do about it without a cheat device program like AR-Max which can copy the save to a PC where it can be repaired.

Tell your freind they should not have saved after ped riot.

Cheat code warning You should be careful on using cheat codes too frequently until you complete the mission where you save Madd Dogg from jumping off the casino rooftop. The game will prevent you from completing this mission if codes have been used excessively; this number appears to be cheats being used 500 or more times. When this number has been exceeded, Madd Dogg will jump off the roof in a few seconds, making it impossible to save him. Note: If you encounter this problem, enable the "Slow motion" or "Adrenaline effects" codes to get there faster. You still must be quick in order to save Madd Dogg. Infinite health

^ That is all complete BS!! Just lies that people love repeating on here. Using a number of cheats DOES NOT affect gameplay. TC disregard all that crap the above poster posted and just follow Orion's advice in his post as that is the truth.
