These should all be used on Soda right? Is there ever a reason to use them on a team mate?

See what extra abilities you want equipped and then decide who to use it on.

Definitely give them all to Sora...he'll get far more useful abilities than the other two and you'll want to equip as many as you can. Plus the other two get more and more useless as the game goes on.
