im not surprised ea doing the temporary exclusivity thing, and then using steam to get that extra dollar mileage.

Except it WAS on steam originally. Steam and EA had a fight and EA took some of its toys home.

Does this mean that Crysis 3 will also be on Steam? And maybe in the future Dragon Age 2 will return?

If so.... :D

I still haven't bought Crysis 1 and 2 on my PC because I buy digitally and I hate Origin. Same goes for Dragon Age 2. I have the Origins Ultimate Edition on Steam but don't own DA2 because....Origin >.>
Diablo III sold 6.3 million copies in its first week. You can bet your ass they're going to bring the game to consoles.

i know, but ea took it off from steam (most relevant dd service) around the time origin was lifting off.

Chances are any EA game will require you to install and log in to Origin, even if it's purchased from Steam.

Would be nice, but if the policy is still the same, the only reason C2 Maximum is coming is because EA is done with C2 DLC. If that's the case, don't expect Crysis 3 to show up until a year after release, if that.

Crysis 1 and Warhead are on steam, btw. People complain about activation limits. For one, neither have that issue anymore. There is a revoke tool you can use to reset them, if it even comes up.

I'll buy it but not for full price. I played through the campaign on PS3 but I basically rushed through it in one night. Gonna take my time on PC.

Actually there are no revoke tools for the Steam version of Crysis Maximum Edition.

Looking it up, it seems you're right. Doesn't uninstalling the game reset it though? So stupid.
