I've got an 8600GT with 300W PS and 3.5GB DDR2 ram with AMD processor X2 5500 andI can run this 60+ FPS most of the time with a 1280*720 res and everything on low. --- http://s13.postimage.org/6o1227kid/hodgesonjoke.png

Um... I'm not going to touch the possibility of the computer running it, but I'm currently using a GTS 250  and my computer runs fine. It's a custom self-built one, though.
 When I built this computer, it was intended to SLI a pair of 250s, back when they were a mid-range card. For budget reasons, I decided to buy the second one later.
