if all you want is three monitors but only plan on gaming on one, 7850 is a great card for that (Get a flex edition to make setup easier)

however if you want to game in eyefinity, well increase your budget by quite a bit

This is what I was originally looking at, and buying a mini HDMI-to-DVI adapter for the third monitor.
