My temps are fine--but performance drops when I play for a while

A few games into league of legends, I quit to play 1...2...3 Kick It and noticed I was getting low fps. I then tried Dead Island, once again, low fps. Now I'm playing Arma 2 and I guess it's okay, but still, why is this happening?

It's a gt555m. I know it's not the great, but 2 hours ago it was running everything perfectly fine.

Try running Malware Bytes and have your virus scanner do a full scan of the entire computer.

Assuming it's a rogue process.

This happens to me in BF3 also with my GT420M. After a couple of rounds my fps decreases and I get a lot of stuttering.
