Any way to use the D-Pad on this controler for movement rather than the Analogs?

Pretty much, I'm trying to find a way to have the D-Pad on this controller of mine be the input for the Arrow Keys rather than this Analog Stick because I find it weird to move the analog stick in one direction rather than pressing something like I would for the Arrow Keys anyway.

I'm using a Logitech Dual Analog controller my parents got me last Christmas. Probably not the best thing in the world, but whatever, it works. I tried going in the Game Controllers thing under the Control Panel. I can only find things to test everything and calibrate the analog sticks. I've tried JoyToKey, but it doesn't seem to list the D-Pad as something I can remap keys to. But I may have overlooked something in there.

So yeah, I'm pretty much stumped, do you guys have any advice? Btw, if I'm not being informative enough, just ask what you need to know and I'll give you the info you need.
