I do not actually think it is true. Though with the popularity of MMO's and the way people play those games, I can see how this might happen. If that is the case I do not think it is really PC gamers at large.

I mean, one thing that separates them is that a lot of MMO players do not play many other games and play their games on toasters. They are not really the stereotype that comes to mind when you talk about PC gamers on this board. You would think that the price of admission alone would make it a less popular hobby among NEETs
