Worth it? Ive heard good things about the MSI gaming laptop. Though not sure how badly I want a mobile desktop.

Lulz at the idea of paying ~1600 for a gaming laptop and it having anything less than a 7970m.

Peasant who doesn't understand the purpose of a mobile desktop replacement, thinks ten pounds is heavy, and doesn't realize that outlets are fairly prevalent in most of the modern world.

I've got a cheap little toshiba that barely managed 2 hours when it had a brand new battery. If you want battery life out of a laptop you get a netbook or a macbook.

I get over 3 hours on my M17x with the GPU shut off. And as big as they may be, they're way more portable than any desktop.
