Nope; most laptops cannot be upgraded in terms of graphics, and this is no exception.

Whatever happened to those USB video cards? I know they never did well, but surely they're still around.

That said, you can still play plenty of old games on an HD3000.

You're thinking of the ASUS XG Station. It was never really put to the retail market. I believe it was briefly sold in Australia only, but I don't even think they still sell them there. Dunno why.
